Rex – if that split was your best progress, whats stopping you from going back to it?

kyle – check out his log from 2013-2014 on the road to his pro card win at the amateur olympia on the animal pak forums. he detailed everything leading up to his win. it is my bodybuilding bible

its titled “my journey to reclaim what was lost”

probably 2-3iu. any dose above your baseline levels should provide some benefit. how much is highly individual. the best advice is to try it and see what happens.

remember, more is not always better! 2iu would likely yield more gains than 1iu. and 4iu would likely yield more positive benefits than 2iu. but is 20iu actually better than 10?

in reply to: Insulin types #5470

because it will determine how much insulin you may need as well as your insulin sensitivity

if your fasted BG is high, you are insulin resistant and would require more insulin to bring down BG levels.

If your pre meal (non fasted) bg levels are high, you are probably still digesting the previous meal and your body is still processing the carbs from the previous meal

it also depends on the person as different levels affect everyone different (i.e. how you feel when your levels are X)

ah yeah – those are the videos i watch from time to time on team andro – in german of course so I try to pick up whatever i can hahaha. some things need no explanation

    Roman,

over time you have tried a lot of splits – push pull legs, single body parts per session, the way you trained in the beginning of this log with matt (chest+tris, back+bis, hams and quads separate, etc)

do you have any particular favorite split and why?

Animal is a great company, but im very dissapointed they didnt continue with your contract. they are missing out big time. BUT Im excited to follow along the new journey Rex!
