Follow Nathan through his time in Tennessee as he prepares for his third Olympia. Coming off of back to back wins this year at the NY Pro and Cal Pro Nathan is entering this prep with a tremendous amount of personal and outside expectations. Watch the ins and outs of what makes Nathan who he is both in and out of the gym. This 8 week documentary goes through the day to day life, dieting and stressors as well as how he handles it all leading up talks about the stress and how he handles it as well as weekly training multiple times a week leading up to the biggest show of his life.
During Nathan’s time in Vegas which he arrives 5 days early the cameras are rolling non stop so you will get to see the ins and outs of what a top Olympian does during his final phase leading up to and past pre judging on Friday Night September 14th – through the entire show weekend

- Every body part on Nathan’s 6 day split has been filmed with a few training days being seen multiple times throughout the prep.
- Daily training during the final week leading up to the contest.
- Fly on the wall insight – Diet, training, mental state – the cameras will be rolling all week from Sunday when Nathan arrived in Vegas through his entire week including post show thoughts, plans and wrap up.
- His coach will be giving insight into the changes made throughout the final days in order to bring his best to the stage.
