You will have to go through the archives a bit but last spring I did do a video standing in my kitchen at the time on digestion and how I approach it fully in terms of food, supplementation and other aids!

I think you are overthinking this a bit man. I do not smoke at all but a lot of the really good bodybuilders smoke so I do not think the cause and effect is there.
As far as CBD I think the most important thing is the quality you are getting from the CBD oil.
I actually do like to use sleep supplements to induce a better quality of sleep.
I use Calm from Revive then a mixture of
ZMA
Lemon Balm extract
Noogandha
Howthorne leaf and flower extract
L Tryptophan

I am heading down to synergy sports and wellness, this is the Travel Dr that worked on Terrell Owens during his prime, Donovan McNabb, and currently is the Travel Dr for the Super Bowl Champion KS Chiefs.
I am going to be doing 3 different types of recovery and scar tissue modalities for my chest as well as the hyperbaric chamber I will be reporting back on these things within my next Rehab video!

I am getting the feeling you guys are not liking the log pictures or possibly you just dont like the training since its not progressive right now but like I said I do want to continue to lay this process out start to finish for those of you that are interested or heaven forbid those of you that might have to go through it!
Little update on food and current diet. I just did my latest rehab video that will be coming out soon but within that I discussed how I have restructured my day and I am also waking up earlier now. After having a relaxed week of eating I have definitely been more hungry this week and I did make a few adjustments to my diet from the initial plan that I had been on the past few months.
I am also going to re instate my free meal patterns again as long as I can get away with it and am still maintaining good body composition.
I have been really happy with how my body has handled the everything so far being back on HRT and lower on energy expenditure through the surgery process. I have also added in during this time and will continue to take Abolic4 from Dante trudel which I do think is helping with my look and fullness during this time.
Here is my current diet now that I am training in the morning. I have a big focus on hydration out of bed leading into morning sessions.
Pre Shake

Back at home and to my routine. Had a great trip!
Update on things in my end. I’m waking up at 231 right now. I had a very free week of eating and used it as a planned out diet break as I’ve been dieting now since March, something that is very much needed for sustainable results.
Are you guys liking the log pictures or would you rather me type out?
