    I would start with the least amount you can and keep all other variables 100% on point and perfect and then gauge the response, take notes and then build the cycle from there

    Hypothically
    HRT at 200mg a week for 12 weeks

    Then go to
    500mg of test
    400mg of NPP/ Deca
    Aromasin 12.5mg every 4 days

    Monitor the response again being perfect if you want to get the most out of this then if you have a really good response go back on the HRT and run the SAME exact cycle the next time you do not need to keep driving the cycle up If you are making progress!

    The purpose of the serms is to get your hpa axis firing again to help stimulate your LH and FSH, the HCG is in place to stimulate the leydig cells

    It can for sure I would recommend adding in Zinlori 75 from metagenics OR zinc carnosine and take 1 capsule prior to every other meal.

    hello Matt. If my blood sugar after the post-workout meal (165g carbs) is low (4.2-4.7), will I get any benefits if I add a small dose of 5-6iu insulin to this meal?

    Honestly man you are processing carbs very well and training hard based on the blood sugar post-trianing. I really do not think that you need it in this environment I would tell my athletes the same thing.

    Hey Matt. Been on TRT for a few years. 1cc- 200mg of cyp that I break down into 3 injections per week (1/3,1/4,1/3). I want to try Tren for the 1st time. Thoughts on a 6-week low dose run of it for most effectiveness?

    Jon if you have not ran anything else up to this point I would start with NPP first. To learn and get the most out of the compound I would keep your test at 200mg and then add in 200mg of NPP a week or Deca and then you will know just how much you are getting off of the deca and this is a really great way to learn

    April 7 Training

    I still am having a bit of a mental struggle with my recovery in that I am weak, my chest does not feel great and I am not able to push it harder if I wanted to so I am trying to be as relaxed as I can be and go slow.

    Todays session looked like this

    1A) Trap Deadlift
    3 x 5 @ 325

    1B) Kneeling Nuetral grip chest press with hips locked in
    3 x 8 @ 90 lbs

    2A) Alt DB press on incline from the top
    45 x 10 x 3

    2B) Upper back row with back rounded into pad
    115 x 10 x 3

    3B) Mountain Climbers
    3 x 10 each

    Yeah James I have had a shift here man I had my time to really drive progress but now I need to be able to shift into more of the bigger picture of life and having my boys see me eat the same things as them and not getting confused on what healthy food is, is something that is important to me. My wife cooks very good and if I am telling them to eat it but I myself am not I am not going to have respect there!

    This really depends on your personal needs, recovery, and how the rest of your diet is set up.

    I would aim to get 3-5g of leucine from EAA formula and the rest of this looks good possible a little pink salt added as well!

    April 4 Training

    Somewhat of a life update for you guys. I am working to get my athleticism back as to be honest with you I neglected a lot of issues during my years of bodybuilding and now that I have to properly rehab I am taking this time to do this fully in all capacities and work to improve the compensation patterns I was creating. For those who want to I think a lot can be learned through this log now as I shift my focus. I still want to be a driving force for my athletes in the gym and I will be but I also want to be able to move properly and be able to run with my boys and play basketball without it hurting so that is my focus!

    1) RDL with Heel Raise – Dead Stop each rep

    3 sets @ 315 RPE of 8

    2) 14 in Box step ups

    2 sets of 12 with a slight toe touch @ 35 lbs

    3A) 75 degree DB press x 12 alternating each rep from the tab
    3B) Steated Cable row on high box pulling low
    3C) 30 meter bear crawls

    3 rounds

    Also doing conditioning on a peloton bike 2-3x per week which I am loving aiming to build aerobic and anabolic capacity.

    Current Diet

    Still taking all of my revive products and actually becoming pretty obsessed with seeing my blood work continue to improve!

    Prior to meal 1
    1 scoop of collagen
    1 scoop of Revive Greens

    Meal 1
    2 Whole Eggs
    2 Trifecta bison Patties
    150g Jasmine rice

    Meal 2
    250g Chicken Cooked
    150g Jasmine Rice

    Meal 3
    80g RAW nutrition whey iso
    25g Nut butter

    Meal 4
    Whatever my wife cooks that is health

    Meal 5
    Protein source
    OR
    250g greek yogurt
    40g Protein
    20g Nut butter

    Hey John

    it really depends on the individual man I would say for most you do not need caber on 200mg a week of npp if you are properly controlling estrogen and for 500mg of test a week I would say 12.5mg of aromasin every 3-4 days but please confirm these with blood work.

    @john you need to allow time for the anabolics to clear before adding in your serms because in the presence of anabolics the serms do not work, so that clearance time while using hcg to allow your Leydig cells to produce and start firing again as you drop down from supraphysiological levels of test.

    I think tren just wreaks havoc on a blood test because there is also a very common thing where it shows up as extremely elevated e2 within the blood panel!
