    Here is my current diet and macro breakdown for the meals

    Fasted Prior to Meal 1
    3 Liver+ AD Caps
    5 Morphoprime Caps (Morphogen Nutrition)
    250g Citrus Bergamot
    1 Maximum Milk Thistle

    Supplements taken After meal 1
    1 Resveratrol Synergy
    1 Carditone
    1g Astralagus (taken again PM)
    1g Krill Oil
    1g Vit C
    1g Beta Sitosterol Plant Sterols
    3 Ultimate Omega Caps (taken again PM)
    3 Heart+ Caps
    5000 IU Vit D
    1350mg Pantethine
    1 Baby Asprin

    Meal 1
    65g – True Nutrition Microfiltered Whey
    15g – Nutridyn Fruits and greens chocolate flavor
    120g – Cream of rice
    60g – Banana
    30g – Almond Butter
    ***Sometimes based off how my day is going or a number of factors including time prior to training I might repeat this meal and pull the beef meal (meal 3)

    Meal 2
    120g – Cream of Rice
    200g – 94/6 ground turkey cooked
    12g – Mac OR Olive Oil

    Meal 3
    120g – Cream of Rice
    200g – Grass fed Ground Sirloin cooked
    12g – Mac OR Olive Oil

    Pre Training
    1 Banana
    15g AD Nitrox
    15g AD Aminotaur
    45g AD Raging Full
    15g Vitargo
    10g True Nutrition EAA
    3g Creatine

    During Training
    15g Aminotaur
