    I am not sure I am fully understanding your question? I am going to try to break this down further

    What to watch out for when it comes to estrogen conversion and how long? What do you mean by this do you mean like in terms of what do you need to be mindful for cosmetically?

    When you mean test only cycles are are you meaning like an HRT or DO you mean you specifcally with the cyle you are running right now?

    Let me know so I can better help you here

    Also ideally I would start off your cycles leaner so you can see the true response of your cycle and better monitor how you are progressing.

    There is a lot less negative impact on your lipids when using aromasin vs using anastrozol or letro.

    During a contest prep towards the end I will switch for a dryer look as lipid health for the final weeks is not my main concern and then restoring lipid health in the off season is the goal. You do not want your HDL tanked year round and eleveatd LDL

    I would try to be as progressive with your food as you are with your weights without compromising/ your body composition. If you are actively adding 30g of carbs a week and monitoring that process as an example you will most likely receive a lot of benefit from that without much negative at all. It is all about finding a system to work fo0r you. If you are not gaining weight and performance is increasing continue to try to find a way to drive further progress without diminishing return! p

    Just because a pro is doing it does not mean its the best approach. I would not advise that approach as peak levels of the compound are just getting fully elevated as you would then be switching esters.

    To the point Nicks prep has gone flawless and in my perspective this is a continuation of his commitment to excellence that started in his off season. We have used the approach of having cheat days in his off season and we continued this through his prep. I’ve set the diet so that his fat loss is slowly trending down 1-2 lbs a week, on Sundays he eats up gaining anywhere from 3-6 lbs depending on how loose his panties are that day and it’s been setting him up consistently for continued progress.

    I would say that if you cannot afford to enjoy a meal out without being tracked then we need to reevaluate your plan.

    Hey Fnu – I would say that you need to come down to a baseline HRT dosage or PCT following. I am not sure how long the length of your Dbol cycle was and did you combine this with test?

    Matt please I have a question for my offseason cycle, usually I do a simple off season cycle of 1000 mg test 500 EQ and 400 DECA I want to move up in weight now do you think that it’s better in general to increase the dosages of Eq and deca or may be add an oral compound like anavar and a50?

    Honestly, there are several ways to go about this, the most direct and simple answer IMO would be the one that allows you to progress while being able to eat food. If you cannot eat we have lost the point of all of this. Stick to your plan in terms of diet and training 100%, train with strict execution to failure and then use the compounds that allow you to perform at your best and throw your health markers out the least. Be aware of the side effects and make sure you are treating them. For EQ it would be hemoglobin and hematocrit levels, for anavar it would be impact of lipids as you increase.

    My first cycle was 500mg of test for 12 weeks. Been off now for 12 weeks.
    I want to start a new cycle, what will be your go too for a second one ?

    I was thinking about doing 400mg of test e and 300mg of primo. Hesitating between primo and eq.

    I will be competiting in body classic in France at 86kg max for 179cm.
    I was already at 77-79kg shredded natty. And 92-93kg with my first cycle still having abs/obliques and veins everywhere.

    Hey AD – I would say your best answer here is me to ask you how well you responded off of your first cyle, if you had a great response man I would honestly replicate the same cycle over again you do not need to titrate your dosage up every cycle.

    Matt, what is your opinion on the mk 677 in addition to the GH. In research, it seems very attractive and, in addition, it really noticeably affects the quality of sleep and appetite, which can be very useful in off-season, but on the other hand, it has a negative effect on insulin sensitivity, although in total the effect is identical to the use of gh, which can be minimized using appropriate supplementation.

    I have found that there is more water retention, blood pressure issues, and insulin issues in a shorter time span than there are with gh. I prefer real GH for 9.8 out of 10 of my athletes.

    Mike this question really depends on your training age, how many cycles you have run or if you are starting naturally and what your response has been thus far there is not one blanket statement for any of this.

    Is it possible to ”burn out” the receptors from trt in the long run?

    Been on trt for 3 years now 160mg test a week. Added 500mg of test for 12 weeks and dident feel any difference in the gym, slight weight gain but i started a ”bulk” at the same time that i added the 500mg test. Looking at pictures it looks like the weight gain is mostley fat.

    Right now I’m on Test Cyp at 200 mg a week. I am adding in Deca in the next few weeks at .5cc twice a week and was going to bump up my test cyp to 400 mg a week. Any advice or other options you recommend. I am currently just trying to add some density and hardness.

    I cannot tell you of reputable brands as that is not legal but I can use responsibly its a very effective fat loss agent but you need to be very mentally tough in order to handle it and I would say most are not just being honest.

    The best way I can recommend is found the dosage on the lowest end that is effective and take it for the desired amount of time daily (100-200mg daily)
