    Hi Matt!! One question … When you perform a series direct to failure and add two descending series or a rest pause … Those descending series or rest pause, are they counted as effective series or are you taking that one series further? Thanks friend

    Hi Matt, I have a question, I would like to know your opinion.

    Do you think there are significant differences in training frequency 1 or 2? It is said that if the total volume of sets for the week is the same, frequency 1 or 2 has the same result in muscle gains. What is your opinion? Thank you!!

    Hi Matt, I wanted to ask you a question, I would like to know your opinion … In the diet, do you also count plant-based proteins in the global calculation of the day? (oatmeal, rice, pasta, pb …) thanks!!!

    (push-pull-legs / off / push-pull-legs / off /.)

    My question is, how much volume per muscle group per week would you advise me approximately? For large and small groups …

    Hello Matt. In double rotation push-pull leg training, how many fault sets for large or small muscle groups would be optimal within a few ranges? What do you think about. Thanks bro

    Hi Matt. I wanted to ask you … I’m lactose intolerant, I can’t take whey protein. I currently make 6 solid meals, but instead of the isolated protein that you think of veal hydrolysates. Thank’s!!
