Hi Nick, I asked Matt a question, but I’d also like to know your opinion. How would you focus on nutrition and training for a person who does not take anabolics? I would like to know your opinion. A pleasure to learn from you. Thanks man

Hello Matt. I am looking at your diet and I love your approach, besides how easy and comfortable it is. My question is, why don’t you add good fats? Only the eggs and some red meat.

Thanks for answering the matt question. I have also planned to do 3 days of training and 1 rest and so on, to be able to work intensely every 8 days in each muscle group and without having to leave rest and recovery behind. What you think? I was doing 6 days in a row and I was resting only on Sunday, but I feel that I do not recover 100%.
