And, 1 month ago, I had an laparoscopic appendix surgery, I will have to wait 1 month more to start training again.
Any advice on how to start training when I comeback? I always trained 1-2 top set/backoffset or rest pause style in a high intensity, low volume setup. Maybe I should train in a higher volume style, when I resume training for some time?Thanks!!!

ParticipantHey Matt, I noticed that in the Olympia prep of your athletes you include 10-15 grs EAAS intraworkout, but in the nationals prep you didn’t include anything intra. In both cases you mantain EAAS preworkout.
What’s the reason behind including or not including the EAAS intra?
