    Hey Matt, do you have any special reason for now take a huge intra shake instead of splitting it in a pre shake and an intra shake? Like your athletes do and you do it in your previous offseason log.

    I assume that enhanced have more capability of recovery, correct me if I’m wrong. But, do you like to implement those kind of supersets and trisets in offseason?
