    Hey Matt and Iain,

    Just curious why You have Iain taking the 1 AD matador and not Nathan? Do you suggest this product for a more endomorph body type?

    Hey Matt what do you think the best amount of carbs is to eat per meal in order to stay lean but not be “keto” ? Trying to work in more carbs but don’t want it to effect my progress in leaning out.
