    Do you cycle your calories? Are calories higher on days for certain body parts and lower on non training days?

    Do you feel like there much difference in cream of wheat and cream of rice? The flavored cream of wheat is awesome but I have implemented cream of rice pre and post workout this week after seeing you used it. Ain’t gonna lie I put some sugar free syrup in it and it’s not to bad haha.

    Notices your last shoulder session you done triceps as well but didn’t this time. Do you train triceps less frequently?
