    I love to read your log and to see your progression.

    My question is, is your current nutrition the same as on the first page?

    Sorry if you’ve already explained this somewhere, but if you stagnate in an exercise on weight and repetitions, how are you going?

    Hey Roman,

    first I’m a HUGE fan of your training style and you’re a big motivation each time I go in the gym.

    A little question: are you still using apple cider vinegar and / or your special shake for digestion you’ve explained on youtube once upon a time? In your nutrition I’ve only seen the psyllium husk fiber.
