Hey Nick ! Really interesting to follow your sessions, love how you program things.

How much do listen yourself during a session to change things already planned ? For example doing one more sets when You feel it’s there, or doing less when strenght is not ?

Second question, how do you program arms and delts during upper body days across the week, and what’s your starting volume ?
It’s really hard for me on arms to be productive on 2 sets for example. Generally need 4 to 5.

    Thanks for the answer !

    Hey Nick !

How do you manage lower back fatigue during the week ?
Do you do deadlift every other push days alternating with something like bb row ?
Squatting every Leg session or alternating too with something like hack squat ?

    Thanks for the answer !

    Hey Matt!
My first cycle was 500mg of test for 12 weeks. Been off now for 12 weeks.
I want to start a new cycle, what will be your go too for a second one ?

I was thinking about doing 400mg of test e and 300mg of primo. Hesitating between primo and eq.

I will be competiting in body classic in France at 86kg max for 179cm.
I was already at 77-79kg shredded natty. And 92-93kg with my first cycle still having abs/obliques and veins everywhere.

    Thanks for your advices !!

Hey Matt! How would approach pct after a first cycle of 400mg test (sustanon)/week for 15 weeks ?
Didn’t take any anti esteogen during the cycle because I didn’t feel the need of for such small amount.

Do I really need hcg ? I will do a blood test 2 weeks after the last shot to check free test levels and e2. Clomid and nolva aren’t sufficient ?
Didn’t have ANY side effects during the cycle. Only positives. +13lbs and less bodyfat.

    Thanks for the answer!

    Hey Matt !
Do you have planned off days or do you go by feel ?

With all those compounds, a bro split wouldn’t be more optimal for recovery ? Like an old dorian split like you did few years ago.

    Thanks !

Hey Matt ! How would you set up a training split for a mens physique competitor who needs to focus on upper body (back/shoulders width, chest, arms) ? Same type of split everything trained 1x/week or with added volume or frequency on those bodyparts ? Legs still trained 1x/week really hard or every 8-10 days to give more training days for upper body ?

    Thanks !

I see, wouldn’t be more optimal to add rest days before and after chest ?
    Chest / biceps
    Rest
    Back / abs
    Shoulders / triceps
    Rest
    Legs
    Rest

For the extra exercice, do i stay with a compound higher reps or an isolation move higher reps too ? (12-15)

    Thanks !

    Hey Matt,
    My split is :
    – chest
    – back
    – rest
    – shoulders
    – legs
    – rest

would you place deadlift or deadlift variation with back or legs ? Atm i’m doing deadlift from the floor on back day, and only lying and seated leg curls on leg days for hams because my back is still sore every time. Thanks!

    Hey Matt !
    Thanks for the answer.
When doing a shoulders and triceps day, how would you structure the workout if compounds are done for triceps ? (weighted dips and close grip chest press). For shoulders i’m doing facepull, seated db shoulder press, hammer shoulder press, heavy side laterals (in this order). Put the dips and close grip chest press right after shoulders compounds ?

    Thanks a lot.

    Hey Matt !
For the next 6-7 weeks i’m doing PRP (knee treatment), i’ll not be able to train legs. No prob for upper body (without deads and heavy rows standing).
How can i structure my structure my training around the week ? (able to train from monday to sunday, lagging on my chest, back width and side delt)

Keeping same volume but with more frequency ?

Thanks a lot for the answer!

I’m watching your ig story every day, and having some insight about them is really interesting !

So more details about your current training regimen with other muscle groups will be appreciated ! Like describing one of your workout every week or something like this
And some training content with matt will be awesome too !

    Hey Michaela !

Can you describe your current back workout ? And how you do your exercise selection on this muscle group ?

    Thanks !

This one was really interesting don’t worry !

What bodyparts did you consider on yourself as “weak” ? And how do you work around those lagging body parts ? Did you play with intensity, volume, frequency, higher kcal day on that day ?

    Thanks for your answer !
