Hi everyone!
I wanted to share my training on here in the form of a continuous log to not only account for my progress but to also share it with you all, as I can attribute much of my physique progression to the style in which I train. I want to encourage you guys if you don’t already to record your workouts so you can truly gauge progress over time and hold yourself accountable to attempt to beat your previous best every time you enter the gym.
Ladies – I will leave you with this. Skip the fluff. Train hard, be consistent and patient within your lifts. Don’t change your workouts on a weekly basis because you’re “bored”. If you are training hard enough, progress is never boring!
