Exciting update for me today, I got worked on yesterday by Mike Rice in Atlanta and my hips were out of alignment by 10 degrees of each other so one hip was going forward essentially and the other (left) bad leg was going back hence why my lateral quad just felt like it was tearing with any real load over the past year almost. Well today was the first leg workout I have had with zero pain on my left lateral quad. Honestly thrilled to be able to say this and encouraged that I will be able to get back to full leg training like I want over time.
