As far as the carbs prior to… I am always going to put them in first to start and if additional are needed then add intra, because if the point is to get carbs into the system to utilize them for better training I want to actually get the carbs in to utilize them…vs drinking 50g carbs over 90 min and sipping 1g carb per sip that does not make a lot of sense to me.
