Hey Juan – I dont mind the questions at all but I would prefer that you not question what I have written out as clear as can be no I am not using EAA intra hence why they are not written in my plan. I have 10g on the way to the gym and 10g when I finish. I do this to decrease MPB during training and Increase Protein synthesis post training as I have a drive home and do not eat the second I walk in the door. I have just added this in as I have gotten leaner post training.
I prefer to use sources that have a greater impact on heart and lipid health vs coconut oil.
