quick update I am in Kansas City with Charles and Brad for the Muscle Mayhem this weekend.
Yeaterday started at 4:30 am with cardio prior to flight. Long day but just stayed on base plan. I plan to just stay consistent with my low base while I’m here then push a few high days once I’m home and stable if needed. I just prefer to refeed when I have control of all variables / rest / training / not rushed ect.
