Weight at 235 today following a rest day. Today was the first day that I felt like I had an internal conflict in terms of my plan. I was on a roll for the past few weeks doing my refeeds on Friday and Saturday which I had done through last weekend but then as you guys know once I got home I needed to eat again which I did on Monday and Tuesday of last week. So with that being said I was struggling with pushing through to get back to my normal Friday – Saturday or sticking with more so the time in between high days. I went with a middle ground and did a base day with my normal cheat meal. I don’t want to down regulate my food intake with the high days as it has worked thus well so far just need to continue to stick to what is working.
