Weight up to 235.6 today. Very happy with the pics after two high days and then returning to baseline diet yesterday. Things are in a good spot for now. Going to keep pushing my baseline plan for a few days and then re asses. Trained Hamstrings today.  I am to the point where I am feeling lean in training, leverages arent the same, put doing my best to push through. I am going to do a video on how my approach to training changes a bit mentally as I feel it yields best to the end goal for me.
