Hey Juan – I find no difference between peptopro and a quality EAA so from a cost perspective I would go with the EAA.
Michael – The food for life tortilla is 24g of carbs that is my last carb meal of the night which is lower in carbs 24 vs my other carb meals are around 60g. Its brown rice.
