Solaray betaine hcl 1 cap prior to each meal
AD Ravenous 1 cap prior to each meal
Metagenics Zinlori 75 1 cap prior to meals 1 and 2 (helps with heart burn)

Friday weight 238.2 / Sat 239 / Sun 242.4 / Monday 233.6 / Tuesday 233.4
Was not happy with back shots and pop overall in pictures in relation to last set of pictures today so I am going to get my weight up a bit. I think with all the stress of travel, water ect I can settle back in around 236-235 and have a very solid look so I want to work my weight up and hold / harden there before making another push. I was not expecting this big drop so I need to adjust the plan this week. I took Monday and Tuesday off from cardio, did a high day of just my normal carb sources on Monday doing 80g per meal and 100g post workout and I dropped another .2 lbs so I am going to push the diet more today and use some other sources.

Meal 1
150g carbs from Pancake mix (fat free)
20g Jam
20g PB
7oz Chicken
1.5 scoop Greens shake / 10g glutamine / 10g fiber


Meal 2
2 bagels (1.5F / 54g Carb)
10oz Applegate farms turkey breast
50g avocado

Meal 3 – Pre train
100g Cream of rice
80g Banana
20g peanut butter
7oz Chicken

Meal 4
100g of carbs from cheerios) 120g weight
65g Whey Isolate

Meal 5
(4 RPG pills)
3 chick fil a chicken sandwhiches
large fry
