Hey Matt! I’m really enjoying this website! It’s filled with so much information! I was wondering if you could post an arm training video and log your sub max sets /worksets so I could get an idea of how you approach your arm training?

i really like cream of rice myself , and I do cream of rice (60g)  , eggs ,banana (50g) and honey( 21g)pre workout. Post workout, I do whey , cream of rice (60g) , banana(50g) and honey(21g).  Do you think this is too much sugar , or would this be ok?
