Yeah Matt, I agree with the rest when saying I enjoy the full videos. Billy has some great suggestions in what I personally would also love to see. What approach you take to choosing the movements you do and how often you change them, working around blocked schedules like taking care of your son, or having a day job possibly with continuing bodybuilding. I also personally would care to know how you discovered these properties and figured out why the work best for you. Thanks man! Your a big inspiration dude
