Call me boring, but I still enjoy watching the full workout. It gives us an idea of the entire process.

A few things people may enjoy seeing: A full day of eating–you can take us through meal times and why you eat certain foods at a certain time, etc; preworkout and intraworkout supplementation–why you use certain things and if/when you might change them; preworkout warm ups or post workout stretching/mobility.
