Hey Matt I have a question that correlates directly to your individual body and mechanics – I’ve noticed via your Instagram that when you do any bent over rowing movement, such as a barbell row or T bar row, your body is at almost a complete 90 degree angle. I have multiple questions on this particular thing: Does this cause strain in your lower back? Also, for someone like me who has issues getting into that 90 degree position without feeling lower back pain, what steps do you recommend I take to be able to get myself comfortable in that position so I can improve my rowing and RDL execution?
