+1 set of tibialis raises to failure

 

lying curls – 5 strip sets of 10 +10

 

DB RDL – 5 sets of 5-10

 

single leg curls – 5 x 10-12 (switch legs non stop)

 

Add/Abd superset – 3×20 each
