This session was good overall, the first movement wasn’t bad per say but it felt heavier than it should. Only thing I can point it towards is I was making phone calls for about 2 hours literally up to me walking into the gym so possibly I was not mentally locked in yet. When you train for to beat numbers it’s imperative that you are really locked in mentally.
