I started to ease back into legs today under the Dr’s recommendation and honestly things went better than expected.
I felt like my leg was tracking well, my left leg would have a tendency to flair out due to my adductors / abductors being shut off so this felt more steady under load. I had zero pain, I did not push things but was encouraged to not have pain under normal movement patterns. For those of you interested this is the type of treatment I have been doing.
The things that are not 100% red is blood flow to the left leg as it was still much greater to the right leg and also upper quad activation did not feel the same but again no pain so that to me is progress!
This is what I did, figure I will log my entire road back
Adding 100lbs per set until I got to 600lbs per side then I did 2 “working sets” of 15-20 reps
Hack squat with single reverse band

Single Leg Leg Press (pin loaded)
90 x 10
110 x 10
130 x 10
Single Leg Leg Extension
60 x 8 x 2
