I have to be honest, I did not train at all over the weekend. I needed a break. After telling Matt on Friday that I was going to take the weekend off and go on a little vacation his response was: “I think that´s exactly what you need honestly.”
Today, tomorrow and Wednesday I have video shoots with a German bodybuilding media website. But to be honest, I still don´t feel 100% recovered. Therefore those training sessions we film will be more informative of nature. My plan is to take it a little easy until FIBO is over 4.-7. April and then hit it hard again.
