Did something different today. As my back thickness needs to come up I started with a row instead of a pulldown. I felt my back being more pumped front to back throughout the whole following session. Sounds funny but if you try it you´ll know what I mean…
started off with standing calf raises 5 x 15 (rest/pause) and tibialis
Back
T-bar rows off the floor – shoulder width grip – 5 x 20 (same weight on all sets)
underhand pullups – 5 x max. at least 10 (partials)
triset
underhand pulldowns – 5 x 10 (rest/pause)
triset
Rope pullovers – 5 x 20 (rest/pause)
smith rows – 5 x 15
superset
cable rows – 5 x 20
banded chins – 5 x 10 – purple band
+ Abs
