Got a prep question:
Have you ever worked with athletes who lose their leg size and fullness dramatically on prep?
I understand each individual is different and there can be a ton of variables, but still curious to hear your insights

Anders, I appreciate your support man it means a lot. I am going to be honest with you, the only time i have seen this is when the athlete does not maintain the same training loads and intensity during their prep as they did in the off season. If you are forcing the tissue to stay in place due to the demand you are placing on it, its not going to go anywhere. If you start changing your training or adding extra volume and due to the extra volume you start using lighter loading that is when things are going to start going south.
