Idk the weight of the bar so I’ll just call it like a regular bar
295x 6
245 x 11 every rep paused in the bottom

Power squat
Wasn’t a fan of this once I got into a working set because of the weight distribution
1 single drop set

Leg ext
Sets of 12 increasing weight until I reached 2 max sets of 10-8 + partials

Upright Plate loaded press
2 work sets stopping before weight shifted negatively to hip/low back

Pendulum squat
2 sets wider stance pause every rep @ bottom
1 set frong stance piston style reps
