cable crossovers – 5 x 10 (rest/pause)
DB pullovers – 5 x 10 (rest/pause)
Triset x5 (use rest/pause principle to complete 20 reps per set):
side dumbbell raises – 20 reps
rear delt cable – 20 reps
high incline dumbbell presses – 5 x 20 –
+3 sets Abs to failure
