I typically lose weight when traveling too, despite getting all my kcals in and having a much lower NEAT expenditure. It’s kind of funny how that works.
We’ve been implementing RP work into this block of my training, and you aren’t kidding at how taxing it can be. Bench and hack squats are absolutely killer using RP. Love it!
