Holy SHIT! Today I have been able to do incline dumbbell presses again! No pain in my shoulder. Just a little tension. I went light but to progress is making me ecstatic!

Incline dumbell press – 80´s – 5 x 20 (rest/pause)

 

Deadstop decline smith presses -2.5 plates – 3 x 20 (rest/pause)

bodyweight dips – 3x max.
