  1. How was the trigger therapy?
  2. has your mindset been since not being able to train quads? I know injuries can lead many athletes to feeling defeated and let down.
  3. I remember when you first made Instagram, you was always posting updates on athletes you’re prepping. You tend to focus on more of yourself and your training nowadays. Is there a reason why?
