Deadstop Decline smith presses

2.5 plates – 3 x 20 (rest/pause)

cable crossovers – 37,5kg – 3 x 10 (r/p)

 

bodyweight pushups (feet high, head low) – 3 x max reps

superset

cable crossovers – 3 x 20 (r/p)

 

dumbbell pullovers – 3 x 10 – 50kg

 

Triset x3:

incline bench rear delts – 20kg x 15

banded extremely wide grip pulldowns – 50kg x 20

Due to my inflamed bicep tendon all I can do for delts is rears…
