80’s x 9 each rep dead stop at chest

Incline hammer press
2 pps x 9
2 pps x 6 was going to do a rest pause but couldn’t get one rep for second attempt lol so did a single drop set

Incline DB fly
55’s x 8
40’s x 8

1 rest pause set

Seated lateral raise machine
Build up sets into one top set full reps + hold at top as long as I could + bottom partials

Seated DB curl
Sets of 15 increasing weight until I got to 30’s alt

Rope hammer curl
One double drop set
