2.5 plates – 3 x 20 (rest/pause)

cable crossovers – 42,5kg – 3 x 10 (r/p)

 

bodyweight dips – 3 x max reps

cable crossovers – 3 x 20 (r/p)

 

Triset x3:

incline bench rear delts – 20kg x 15

banded extremely wide grip pullups – purple band x 10

rear delt cable  – 12,5kg x 20 (rest/pause)

Due to my inflamed bicep tendon all I can do for delts is rears…
