Question – obviously the best way to stimulate a muscle is to get stronger with perfect form. Now let me ask you this. Take Legs for example. In theory, What if you’re strong af but visually aren’t happy with the progress? Say you’re squatting 585 for 15, hack squats 9 pps for 12 on a cybex, SLDL 495 for perfect 12, but your legs aren’t growing doesn’t matter how strong you get. Would you change your training approach in this case? If so what would you have done?
