Chest + Delts
Like I said, I have a little discomfort in my front delt/pec tie in. I guess it´s the early stage of tendinitis. That´s why I´m playing it safe today and I also paired up chest with delts in order for that area to get longer recovery between sessions.
Deadstop DEcline smith presses
2 plates – 3 x 20 (rest/pause)
The decline angle doesn´t hurt at all…
Superset of bodyweight dips / cable crossovers
3 sets to failure / 38,0 x 10 (rest/pause)
flat DB flys/presses – 25kg – 3 sets of 10
DB pullovers
3 sets of 10+, 50kg
Triset x3:
incline bench rear delts – 20kg x 15
side delt cables – 12,5kg x 10+
standing DB presses – 20kg x 20 (rest/pause)
Damnit! That shit hurt! The pump was so great, I could literally feel my heartbeat in my delts…
