firstly I want to say, that I love to see your progress, since you’re working together with Matt. I am very excited and looking forward, what this year will bring, seems like big changes and improvements.
So I have a question:
Do you can recommend something for better recovery, according to sleep?
I have a very structured daily routine, waking up at the same time and going to bed at the same time, everyday. (Sleep about 7-8h)
I prefer to train after my second meal (11/12 am), take a nap after my workout (about 30 minutes).
On back, leg and hamstrings day I am going to train in the afternoon and take a nap before.
At the evening I am very tired, but I have a light sleep, wake up sometimes.
Can you recommend something?
