Got my MRI results back for those that are interested. Still waiting to hear about a course of action but this is what I have been dealing with since late Nov of 2016. I was telling my wife its such a tough call with things like this, some things work themselves out and some things need immediate care its just tough to know what to do. I went through every type of treatment I could before this and it was always well if this doesnt work get an MRI type approach.
Bilateral Grade 1 injury involving the gluteus minimus, tensor fascia lata, and vasus lateralis tendons. Vastus lateralis muscle strain bilaterally. Small hematoma (bleeding) at the left greater trochanter resulting from a tendon injury.
