Good session today I linked up with another bodybuilder who recently moved here and really trains hard so we got after it!

Leg Press with Pause at chest
10 pps x 14 reps
8 pps x 21 reps
6 pps x 35 reps (this was constant tension here)

Cybex hack Squat
3pps x 10
4 pps x 10 x 3 sets

Max set at stack x 15
Max set at stack turned into a drop set, dropping two pins per and using 3 weights total
Full paused stretch and contraction hold on each rep

Single Leg Leg Extension
60 lbs x max reps with contraction hold + Partials x 2 sets

Same set up as adduction

3 max sets with full stretch and full contraction.
