Delts + Traps:

I only trained once today.

Deadstop smith presses

3 sets of 10 (rest/paused), 3 plates per side

No elbow pain!!! That´s a new high! 🙂 I exceeded all my previous weight or reps today!!!

 

rear delt cable flies

3 sets of 20, 13kg (rest/pause)

 

side dumbbell raises

2 x stripset: 26,25 –> 21 –> 15, 10+ reps each

 

side cable

13kg 3 sets of 12

 

DB shrugs – 3 sets to failure (150lbs)

supersetted with

upright cable rows – 43kg x 15 (had to use body English)

 

3 sets crunches to failure
