yeah kyle its funny how different people can be man. when i was dieting and training twice per day towards the end, i was doing 1 cup of oats and whey iso 4x a day. digestion was great, hunger and appetite high, no GI issues, no digestion issues, normal bowel movements, no stomach issues ever. while my roommate would get stomach issues from either one alone. i can also drink like half a damn gallon of milk no problem haha. hopefully as i get older that doesnt change!
