Hey guys!
Had some blood work done this week and thought I would share
In 2018 I competed 5 times starting the first week of March, and ending the first week of October.
Something that I find very unfortunate, is when individuals have a bad personal experience with competing, and blame the sport as a whole and deem it bad for everyone.
I could go on further with my thoughts about this from both sides, however I just want to share positivity through my results to show according to me it’s not the sport, it’s the approach you take, and it is possible to do so keeping your health intact and in turn being able to pursue longevity!
Please feel free to ask me or Matt any questions!
