As you all may have picked up on by now, I replaced my usual ham day yesterday with delts because today I had the opportunity to train legs with Joe Bennett and Terrance Ruffin

It was an honor and we had a blast

Barbell front squat

Lying leg curl
3 working sets 6-10 rep range w/ forced reps

Barbell walking lunges
2 working sets

Hack squat

4pps x 13
